1.      Call to Order, Roll Call and Pledge of Allegiance

Motion by McFadyen, seconded by Ahearn, to excuse Council members Frederick & Stahl Approved 5-0 

2.      Presentation - State Representative Jack Brandenburg  

3.      Updates and follow-ups from Council Meeting

4.      Comments by Individual Councilpersons

5.      Public Hearing for the Special Assessment District (SAD) Lakecrest – Rio Vista Canal Dredging 2007 to review the assessment roll and hear objections to the confirmation of the special assessment roll

     Motion by Walby, seconded by McFadyen, Approved 5-0

6.      Council request to review the closure of Laukel Street 230‘ east of Harper west of Greater Mack and installation of Dead End Street sign on Laukel (adopted 3/6/06)

Motion by McFadyen, seconded by Ahearn, to direct the City Clerk to publish a notice of the public comment period for council to then hold a public hearing on the permanent closure. Approved 5-0

7.      Council request to review the placement of City Council meetings and other Cable shows at the Library for resident access (adopted 3/6/06) (reschedule to 3/19/07)

8.      Bids/Contracts/Purchase Orders

a.      Approval of 3 year Engineering Services Agreement with Anderson, Eckstein and Westrick

Reschedule to future meeting

b.      Request to extend Local Paving Contract with Tiseo Brothers at 2006 Unit Prices for the 2007-08 Construction Season

      Motion by McFadyen, seconded by Walby, Approved 5-0

c.      Request to approve one year renewal option for Official Towing, Inc. agreement 

Reschedule to next meeting

Motion by Ahearn, seconded by Walby, Approved 5-0

12.  Request for Closed Session as permitted by MCLA 15.268 8(c)

Motion by Walby, seconded by McFadyen, to enter Closed Session as permitted MCLA 15.268 Section 8(c) 8:48 p.m.  A roll call vote was taken.

      Motion by McFadyen, seconded by Walby, to return to Open Session at 8:58 pm.
