b. Request approval of the replacement of the HVAC units at Central Fire Station

Motion by Stahl, seconded by Frederick to re-enter Open Session at 11:25 p.m.  Approved 7-0

Motion by Stahl, seconded by McFadyen to direct the City Attorney to proceed regarding M. Herman v SCS

Motion by Stahl, seconded by Ahearn to adjourn the meeting at 11:27 p.m.  Approved 7-0
