14.               City Manager’s Report

a) Motion by Walby, seconded by McFadyen to approve temporary signage and light post outlay on Jefferson for One Water Place.  Approved 7-0

b) Motion by McFadyen, seconded by Soulliere to approve the “Cool City” grant applications for: 1) Skate park at Gaffke; and 2) Harper Avenue revitalization project between 8 Mile and Stephens. Approved 7-0

c) Motion by McFadyen, seconded by Soulliere to approve the purchase order request for miscellaneous concrete work by Minniti Construction Company at 1999 prices for Fiscal Year 2004/2005 and not to exceed $50,000.  Approved 7-0

15.               Third Quarterly Budget Report and adoption of Amendments 04-05 and 04-06  Motion by Soulliere, seconded by McFadyen  Approved 7-0

Motion by Soulliere, seconded by McFadyen to enter closed session at 10:24 p.m.  Approved 7-0

Motion by Walby, seconded by Boyle to adjourn closed session and return to open session at 10:36 p.m.  Approved
