11.              City Manager’s Report Motion by McFadyen, seconded by Frederick to approve agreement between Wade Shows, Inc. and the City of St. Clair Shores for a two-year contract (2007 and 2008) for the annual St. Clair Shores Civic Arena Carnival.  Approved 7-0

12.              Request approval of the Council meeting schedule for the year 2007 Motion by Stahl, seconded by Walby.  Approved 7-0
