The Office of the City Clerk is a primary point of contact for the public and strives to provide the highest quality of service to the community by providing accurate, up-to-date information, and administering elections to ensure the integrity of the electoral process. The City Clerk is keeper of all documents and records pertaining to the city including ordinances, resolutions, and actions of City Council

M - F 8 am - 4:30 pm

Passport Hours are only:
Mon. & Wed.8 am to 12 pm   
Tues. 10 am to 12 pm & 
           2 pm to 3:30 pm
(we do not take appointments)
 During the upcoming holidays please call first as we are short staffed

Services are suspended as follows at Election Time:
