Arlene Weatherby, the instructor for Tai Chi, is teaching an ancient Chinese exercise that focuses on moving, meditation, and aids in reducing stress.  This class will increase muscle tone, flexibility, and breath control. Arlene started her Tai Chi quest in 1993 to regain her health and give back to others. Her ability to understand what distortions exist in a students understanding that may be unsafe for him/her, adapting the traditional syllabus to individual situations and creating a safe space for everyone are just some of her traits that make her such a great instructor.
