Traffic Attitude Program

The 40th District Court Probation Department provides a two-week course to assist offenders in developing insight into the relationship between attitudes and driving behavior.

The goal of this program is to help each driving offender understand their behavior on the road and hopefully prevent future citations or accidents that may be fatal to themselves or others.  It is the process of understanding one’s attitude and associating the attitude with driving skills that comprises the core purpose of the Traffic Attitude Program.

The Traffic Attitude Program consists of two classes that meet from 6:15 PM - 9:45 PM.
The session takes place at 27701 Jefferson Avenue, St. Clair Shores and the fee for the program is $100.00.  For enrollment information, please contact the Probation Department at 445-5284.
