Responsibilities

The duties of the Communications Commission focus on the best policies and procedures to promote the city and keep residents informed.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Annual Financial Report
  • Public and Media Relations
  • City Calendar
  • SCSTV programming
  • City newsletter, Inside St. Clair Shores
  • City website
  • City social media accounts
  • Special marketing campaigns

Meetings are held on the second Wednesday of each month in January through May and in September through December. No meetings are scheduled in June through August. Meetings are held at 6:30 p.m. in the Geer Conference Room in City Hall.
