Domestic Violence Prevention Program Overview

The Domestic Violence Prevention Program was established in 1995. The program consists of five, 1.5-hour sessions taught by a counselor. Its purpose is to teach offenders alternative methods of dealing with disputes rather that resorting to violence. The class also provides education on the effects and impact of assaultive behavior.
