Available Property

The city of St. Clair Shore Family Rental Program is accepting applications for rental housing. 

Applications are available here or can be obtained by emailing or at City Hall - 27600 Jefferson Ave., St Clair Shores, MI 48080.

Applicants for the St. Clair Shores Family Rental Program must be in accordance with the current HUD Family Size and Income Guidelines (PDF) and must qualify by being low – moderate income.
