All weddings conducted by the 40th District Court are scheduled by appointment. Contact Judge Oster's Judicial Assistant or Judge Mark Fratarcangeli's assistant to schedule an appointment.
Requirements
- One party must be a St. Clair Shores resident.
- The parties must provide two witnesses over the age of 18 years.
- Parties must have a vaild marriage license
- Parties must pay the court a $10 fee at the time of the ceremony.
