Can I show pictures during a city council meeting?

During the "Audience Participation" portion of council meetings, citizens can use the overhead projector to show pictures or documents. All material must be approved prior to the meeting. Submit your material for review by emailing the Communications Director by 4:30 p.m., the Wednesday before the council meeting.
